My uncle and cousin, Flavio and Gus, have a band. Together they play the oldies but goldies — you know, the music no one ever gets sick of. Every year for my birthday they play for me. This year I created a logo to help them improve their branding. I created this typeface by drawing inspiration from 70s typography. If you look closely, the shapes resemble music notes and the “O” a record player. All the classy a band needs.
